I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (CT Licence #007437), located in the beautiful Quiet Cornerof Connecticut, specializing in gentle, intuitive, trauma-informed, and deeply relaxing bodywork. I am also skilled in Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and am a Cerified Cranial Sacral Technique practitioner. I am also a Certified Herbalist, and create formulas and products for joy and Wellness, as well as teach classes on Herbal Wellness topics, Aromatherapy, and Soapmaking. I enjoy and have an affinity for working with Elders. A 2012 graduate of the Connecticut School for Massage Therapy, I also graduated from UCONN with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Relations, and hold a Masters Degree in Education from ECSU. Prior to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I spent many years working with adults with special needs, worked as an Adjunct Advocate in a Domestic Violence program, and owned South River Herbals - an herb shop and education center located in Coventry, CT.
